Collector Displays is a trading name only of Measured Design Solutions Ltd and is a three dimensional design company specialising in high quality display cabinets for collectors.

Lead Times & Delivery Charges

We aim to get your product to you within 6 weeks of you successfully paying for and placing an order, however sometimes due to reasons outside of our control like supplier material shortages or global logistical issues this may not always be possible. If there is any reason that your product could be delayed, we will endeavour to let you know as soon as the information is available.

Delivery charges are based on current transport costs as of 6th October 2021 and could change in the future.

If delivering to the UK or Northern Ireland there will be no additional Customs Duty or VAT to pay on top of your transportation costs at this time, but this may change if future export restrictions are employed outside of our control.

For deliveries to the USA there should be no additional Customs Duty or in country TAX to pay as long as the total order value is below $800. If you are unsure, please check online with your government to see what you may be charged. Measured Design Solutions Ltd can give you an estimate only if required but it is your responsibility to make the payment to release your goods from customs.

Deliveries to Canada, Australia and The European Union there will be in country Customs Duty and TAX to pay which Measured Design Solutions Ltd can estimate for you only if required but it is your responsibility to make the payment to release your goods from customs.

Privacy Policy

Your data is only held with us on an isolated system and is not available to any third party. Your contact and address details are for our own financial system and for delivery purposes only.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. Videos, Images, Articles, etc). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Returns or Refunds

Overview

Please note that we will not start production of your item until 14 days have elapsed from receipt of payment. This allows you some time to cancel the order if you so wish. After 14 days your item will be made to your request and is not held in stock so cannot be cancelled after this period.

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full or partial refund or exchange.

!YOU MUST CHECK ALL CONTENTS FOR DAMAGE BEFORE ASSEMBLY!

Once assembly has taken place the insurance becomes invalid. To be eligible for a return or refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if possible or be re packaged in the same manner so as not to be damaged during transport.

Any damage to your package must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please send photographs to info@collectordisplaysuk.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be considered:

• Any Item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

The cost of returning the package to us must be paid for by the customer and will be refunded upon approval of refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@collectordisplaysuk.com and we may ask you to send your item to:

Shipping Returns
If you choose to return your product in whole or in part, you should arrange to have it delivered to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your returning your item to us and it will be refunded if the item is deemed faulty due to our error.

It is not guaranteed that your item will be received by us, so we do advise taking out shipping insurance.
